Description
CDG734 is a low-voltage CMOS device with four independent optional single pole double throw (SPDT) switches built-in. This device has low power consumption characteristics and operates with a single power supply of+1.8 V to+5.5 V/± 3 V dual power supply, making it very suitable for portable instrument applications powered by batteries. All channels adopt a first open and then close switch to prevent instantaneous short circuits when switching channels.
